        • OVERVIEW

           
            Chapter 8 is about the all important substance in
          living cells called DNA. We will discuss some history
          of DNA, as well as its structure and function. Pictured
          above are James Watson and Frances Crick. In 1953,
          they published a paper that detailed the exact structure
          of DNA. This was very important in understanding how
          DNA functions.
