Unit 1
Introduction
This week we will focus on navigating the TC Online/Moodle LMS and get to know one another.We will define and analyze the concept of brain plasticity, and how this learning theory encourages a growth mindset. Discover where habits are from and how to change them in order to become highly effective.
Teach a family member or friend the Maturity Continuum in an effort to build upon our learning.
Identify the difference of growth and fixed mindsets.

Record THREE of the most important ideas from the article, videos, and any other class material that you learned about the ability to grow your brain.

FOURM- Driving From Start to Finish
Directions:
Describe your top 3 reasons (compelling whys) for attending college.
Analyze your reasons for attending college.
Are they strong enough to overcome obstacles that might get in the way of attaining your degree? What are some of the obstacles you might face personally? Respond to ONE of your classmates' posts.

Teach to Learn Video
Directions:
In 5 minutes or less, video yourself explaining the 7 Habit Maturity Continuum to a friend or family member.
Upload the video to YouTube and submit the link of the video to the assignment.
