    Monday, July 9th - Saturday, July 14th
    Unit One begins with introductions and gaining a general familiarity with our online course. We will dive into our textbook, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective College Students, discuss the importance of brain plasticity, and discover how habits affect our day-to-day life and decisions. We will experiment with various forms of note taking strategies in order to maximize this essential collegiate skill. 
    Weekly Learning Aims:
    • Create a forum discussion and respond to classmates' posts
    • Submit an assignment.
    • Describe the College Success Formula.
    • Define the 7 Habits of Highly Effective College Students.
    • Articulate the Leadership Continuum and explain its significance. 
    • Describe the See-Do-Get cycle.
    • Discover your principles.
    • Identify paradigm shifts.
    • Examine the difference in Fixed and Growth Mindsets.
    • Identify habits you have that need adjusting and discover skills to master in order to make changes.
