Introduction

We will utilize skills intended to enhance our self-management through planning and effectively using time. We will make connections between our use of time and stress level. We will utilize appreciate and celebrate others’ victories through the understanding that others’ success does not necessarily mean our failure. We will analyze Habit 4 as a key to success in all of our relationships.
