Introduction

We will determine the role of importance a positive and proactive outlook, language, and attitude have on student success.
We will create both short and long term life goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. We will analyze goals to meet the requirements of SMART measurements.

Weekly Learning Aims

By the end of this week, students will be able to:

Identify the difference between proactive and reactive language.

Focus on our Circle of Influence rather than Circle of Concern.

Define the theories of Genetic Determinism, Environmental Determinism and Cognitive Theory.

Draft a Personal Mission Statement

Identify the difference in long and short term goals. 

Identify goals for various areas of life.
