Educational Philosophy
My general educational philosophy is to enable students at the undergraduate level to become successful students by focusing on the process of adjusting to college level rigor for freshman level science lab based courses. I attempt to utilize a wide variety of methods in lecture and laboratory including, small group problem solving, scientific historically significant video discussion, emphasis on the role of biological evolution in the development and diversification of living organisms and empirically based group laboratory investigations to foster meaningful learning for my students.Faculty Work Schedule
