Description

Overview

By the end of this topic, students will:

Explain one's personal lifespan, growth, and development using ten key terms from the text or another reputable psychological resource.

Learning Outcome

Students should demonstrate an understanding of the concepts explored in Lifespan, Growth, and Development and be able to explain them in the context of their own lives'.

Instructions

You will present your life. You will start from infancy until the present day. You can use pictures, a PowerPoint presentation, a poster board, Adobe Spark, or anything creative that would help you to explain your life.  If you have not yet lived through a particular age range, you do not need to go beyond that age in the presentation.  For example, if you are 15 your presentation will end at adolescence.  Your presentation should not exceed ten minutes.

Choose ten key terms that stood out to you as you read that you can use to describe your lifespan; you should choose no more than two key terms per chapter.  With each key term, you should:

    • define the key term in your own words
    • describe the application to your life
    • provide an image that represents the application

Below you will find an example video.
