Overview

Adolescence is the transitional stage between childhood and adulthood.  The transition from middle childhood to adolescence is marked by the beginning of puberty.  As we explore adolescence we will discuss the physical, cognitive, and social aspects of a child's psychological development in this portion of the lifespan.
